Matthew has been a life-long resident of Mansfield, Ohio and is a graduate of Madison Comprehensive High School (Mansfield, Ohio); followed by a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from The Ohio State University. His employment history includes eight years as a drug/alcohol counselor at Cornell Abraxas (Shelby, Ohio); and then a personal banker locally for Chase Bank for four years.
He is proud to be the owner of the Matthew Trittschuh Insurance Agency, which he established and opened in 2011. His licensure is in Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance through the State of Ohio. He has access to write policies with many different major companies to obtain the best plans, coverage, and pricing to suit the needs of his clients.
Matthew currently owns a home in the Lexington School District and has three young and active boys. His personal interests include: sports, family activities, home improvement projects and networking with individuals – both personally and professionally. Matthew’s strengths include: strong family ties; out-going personality, and his honesty, integrity and service to clients; and everyone he encounters.
Kelli recently moved back to the Mansfield area after 15 years in Columbus, Ohio. She is a graduate of Madison Comprehensive High School and is working toward her bachelor’s degree in business. Kelli has 5 years of experience in sales with ADT Security Services.
She is a devoted mother to her two sons. Her strong family values play an important part in her life as she spends much of her time doing family activities. Going to the park, walking her two dogs, and playing ball are some of her favorites. Some other interests include sports, gardening, thrift/flea/farm market shopping, and exploring local events.

Adam is a lifelong resident of Mansfield, Ohio and a graduate of Lexington High School. Adam has over 20 years of professional experience in various management positions most recently as Director of Operations at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. He is not only a licensed insurace agent but also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Ohio.
Adam resides in Lexington with his beautiful wife Jessica and their two children, Austin and Alli. Outside of MTIA Adam enjoys attending local sporting events, working outdoors, and spending time at home with his family and their two dogs.

Danielle Stamper is a lifelong resident of the Crestline/Galion area. She graduated from Mansfield St. Peter’s High School and went on to get her Associates degree in Paralegal Studies. Danielle has worked the past 11 years as a paralegal at the Badnell & Dick Co., LPA and Richland Bureau of Credits.
Danielle is married with 2 kids and 2 dogs. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys cooking for them. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, shopping, spending time with her kids and friends, and going to car shows with her husband.

Ben is a graduate of Shelby High School and has attended classes at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. He enjoys spending time with his dog Grace, going on vacations, watching the Columbus Blue Jackets, and exploring Mohican.
He has spent most of his career working with the public. He spent 9 years working for Sears Holdings in various selling and leadership roles between 2 locations, Mansfield and Marion. He then spent 6 years with L-Brands, an American specialty retailer based in Columbus, Ohio.
Ben was nationally recognized by the CEO and Vice President of Sales as one of the top store managers in the company for his leadership and drive for superior customer service and results at the Polaris Fashion Place Mall location during the 2015 Holiday Season.
In 2017, Ben returned to the Richland Mall to work at a local store under the L-Brands Division. He is well-known by many who regularly shopped the Richland Mall, as Ben always enjoyed building genuine rapport with his regular clients. He is excited to apply his experience to a new industry and be apart of the MTIA team.
A lifelong resident of Knox County, Chas graduated from Fredericktown High School and attended the University of Toledo.
Chas is currently also Co-owner and Operations Manager of the Charles Thomas Auction Service in Fredericktown, Ohio.
Chas and his three young children also reside in Fredericktown. Chas takes pride in being a family man and loves being a dad. Janet is a life-long resident of the Crestline / Galion area. She graduated from Crestline High School in 1990 and the North Central State College Police Academy in 2002. Janet has more than 20 years of experience in criminal justice. She has served the public as a law enforcement officer, probation officer, and clerk of courts.
Janet is a devoted mother to her 3 children Brittany, Brooklyn and Bradley and resides in Galion. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, going camping and riding 4 wheelers. Janet also has coached youth volleyball for more than 13 years.

Scott Berry is a Lexington resident and father of 2 boys, Drayton and Corbin. He is married to Dr. Jennifer Berry, a teacher with Lexington Schools. Scott is a Criminal Justice Instructor for Medina County Career Center and has spent 17 years in the field of Criminal Justice in corrections and probation, as well as an OPOTA Police Academy Instructor prior to assuming his current position.
He is a veteran of the United States Army and has served in humanitarian missions, stateside missions, and a combat deployment to Iraq. Scott is an active member of Crossroads Church.
His life is centered around his faith and family and he also enjoys camping, shooting, hunting/fishing, and weight training.
